DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Growing, service company, located in Shelby NC is seeking a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, who will work closely with Major Supermarket Chain customers and our Field Technicians.
The Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep will be responsible for:
Receiving and dispatching incoming requests for repair & maintenance service;
Managing & internal reporting of outstanding / open service work orders;
Updating work status in the customers’ management systems;
Facilitating communications among the field technician service team;
Facilitating communications with Major Customer Supermarket Chains.
The candidate should possess the following requirements:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience;
Strong communications skills and sound “business sense”;
Must be very organized and able to deal with stressful situations;
PC and Excel skills;
Ability to multitask;
Availability & willingness to occasionally work on-call weekends;
Reasonably close commute to Shelby.
