Office Manager

Our company is looking for an Office Manager who has experience working in a fast paced Construction or Service Industry environment.  Basic requirements include QuickBooks proficiency, MS Office, Organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and perform duties related to sales administration.  Responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, routing messages to appropriate team members, setting up jobs and invoicing, managing HR files, pulling permits, managing the fleet of vehicles, and additional information management.  This person will also provide a support role to the CEO, as needed.
