We’re seeking an experienced and well-rounded Sales Manager to lead our team.  The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry!

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business from new and existing customers
  • Automotive sales experience with 3-4 years in a dealership setting
  • Track record of success in Sales, Performance, and Leadership
  • Manage, coach, and develop team of sales consultants
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Manage desk deals, track gross logs and RDR cars, and various aspects of the sales department
  • Take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
  • Collaborate on appraisals and lease returns
  • Execute strong time-management skills and adhere to turnaround policies
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
